POLICIES
DEPOSIT is due at the time of reservation.
Deposit is 50% of the total cost if reservation is made more
than 2 weeks* before date of stay. Deposit is full cost if
reservation is made less than 2 weeks* before date of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 2 weeks*
before date of stay for refund of deposit. No shows are subject

SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER RESERVATIONS require
a 2-night (consecutive) minimum stay. Deposit
is 50% of the total cost if reservation is made more than
4 weeks before date of stay. Deposit is full cost if reservation
is made less than 4 weeks before date of stay. Cancellations
must be made at least 4 weeks prior to date of stay for refund
of deposit.
